I have placed the Map Marker just outside of the Sanctuary cell to avoid the cell reset bug, so you have to run up to the Map Marker to discover it, then you can just fast travel there from your Pip-boy. I have added a Map Marker and you can Fast Travel straight into the basement if you want, you can also fast travel out of the basement so you don't have to go through more loading screens. Companions will follow you into the basement. Just nice for when you get caught in a Radstorm, or want a place to get away from your settlers. There is NO BUILDING LIMIT, but not like you can build much in there anyway. I have also added in a fuse box with 100 Power. The Workshop is also movable if you do not like the spot it is in. This mod turns the Root Cellar in Sanctuary into a fully finished basement that you can build in! The workshop is connected to the one in Sanctuary so all of your items in the Sanctuary Workshop will show in the Basement Workshop. So this is my first real try at using the Creation Kit, I made it for myself because it was the first thing I wanted when I discovered the Root Cellar. I LOVE seeing you using things I make SO.
